Our Workshop Days

Each Workshop runs between 10 – 3pm and is designed for a class of 5 people
All ingredients are provided and full details of how the food prepared is provided on the day to take away with some of the food you prepare

Pasta Day

The Art of a Good Cappuccino
Pasta making – lasagne sheets, fettuccine & spaghetti
Preparing a Bolognese or ragu sauce
Making ricotta & spinach ravioli
Preparing & assembling a lasagne to take home

Parmigiana Day

The Art of a Good Cappuccino
Preparing & making a typical Italian risotto
Preparing & a mascarpone tiramisu
Preparing & making Arancine in 3 different flavours to take home
